Why to use our services
We understand, that these are practically "hackneyed" cliches, but still, we want to said a few words about why we are better, than other agencies working with apostille.
We never request any prepayment for our services or for consulting the client. We always work on ready document payment basis, after we send a client photo or scan of ready, apostilled document, so you can be sure before payment, that document is ready.
We work as quick as possible. Most often, it takes us 1, maybe 2 business days to apostille your documents. In our experience, documents are delivered to us much longer than apostille than implemented.
We always inform the client in the most detailed way about the progress of all processes, we report news about everything. We respond very promptly! Well, within reasonable limits of course, sometimes we still need to sleep.
On this page you could find several reviews from our clients. All reviews about our company could be found on this page. There are not many of them, but these are real reviews, from real clients.

General information about apostille in the Czech Republic
What is an apostille in general?
Apostille is an additional certification of a document, so the document accepted outside the state it was issued (mean accepted in other states abroad). Usually, by apostille could be certified notary documents (powers of attorney, certificates, extracts) or documents issued by state authorities (government agencies). Apostille certification may be or may not be required for some states (it`s very individual between Czech republic and any other state). This is way, how a Czech document is legalized for use in states outside the Czech Republic.
Why do you need an apostille on Czech documents?
The fact is, that the acceptance of documents between states is regulated by certain international law requires a certain procedure for the legalization (acceptance) of documents.
Regarding to Czech Republic, any documents officially issued in this country (for example, certified by a notary or any state authorities) are accepted in some state abroad without any additional certification. But for some states, such documents require additional certification by apostille.
How to find out if Czech documents need to be apostilled?
You can clarify this information directly in the state where you plan to use a document issued in the Czech Republic. This can often be found out from local notaries or the Ministry of Justice of the relevant state.
on this page you can find out a basic list of states that require and do not require apostille with the Czech Republic. Also you can contact us with a specific situation, we will clarify for FREE whether apostille is necessary for a specific state.
Some information from our practice. We still recommend to certify documents by apostille, even such certification is not formally required between states. For example, states such as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus must accept Czech documents without an apostille. In practice, almost always, when people use documents in this states, apostille is requested. In particular, in state authorities on the territory of the state where document is uses, employees still request this certification for documents from the Czech Republic, most often due to their incompetence, since the documents are still required to be accepted in accordance to international law (Hague Convention of 1961). Unfortunately, in practice situation is so.
